PARCO NUOVO ESTATE
Sandy soils.
Iron silicates.
Potassium and phosphorus.
The Parco Nuovo Estate covers approximately 50 hectares of which 21 are planted with vineyards.
The elements of this unique land, which benefits from its proximity to the Tirreno Sea, gives birth to the Falanghina vines that produce a wine called Passito Eleusi; and to some indigenous varieties that are currently being researched for future wines at Villa Matilde.
The vineyards belonging to San Castrese and Parco Nuovo Estates are registered as D.O.C. Falerno del Massico, and I.G.P. Roccamonfina.
